As the leading manufacture of Vertical Injection Molding Machine, TAAI Machinery Co., Ltd showed the lasted developed LSR Production Line during this exhibition.
LSR is a two-component liquid material, which is divided into component A and component B. The mixer mixes component A and component B in an accurate ratio of 1:1. Because some products are colored design, they are equipped with color pump group and color measurement part. A + B components, additives, colors, etc. are fully mixed into the plasticizing system.
The plasticized screw has the function of homogenization and mixing. The mixture is injected into the hot die through the screw, and the curing reaction of silica gel occurs at the temperature of 170-200 C. When using a cold runner system, it is worth noting that the runner should be cold enough. In order to avoid rubber leakage, needle valve is installed on the surface of die parts. When the injection is finished, needle valve closes the nozzle immediately.
LSR is a non-toxic, heat-resistant and highly resilient flexible thermosetting material. Its rheological behavior is characterized by low viscosity, rapid curing, shear thinning and high thermal expansion coefficient.
LSR is a two-liquid rapid vulcanization material with platinum as catalyst. It can be produced by injection moulding, mass, rapid vulcanization and repetitive mechanical production. Its products are characterized by good thermal stability, cold resistance, excellent electrical insulation performance, and no toxic substances are produced when burning.
Therefore, it has become an irreplaceable material in the production and design of health supplies, automobiles, baby supplies, medical supplies, diving supplies, kitchen appliances and seals.
