TAAI Machinery on 18th China Plstics Expo 2016

The 29th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries (Chinaplas 2015), the largest trade fair relating to the plastic and rubber industry in China, is organized by Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd, was taken place at China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex, Guangzhou during May 20-23, 2015.

CHINAPLAS 2015 will be held in Guangzhou, China, from May 20 to 23, 2015. In addition to 11 traditional theme exhibition areas, four new hi-tech theme exhibition areas will be added to meet the new development and new needs of the Chinese market. In addition, on the basis of the value-added services provided in previous years, the organizers have also formulated a series of all-round simultaneous activities to enhance the exhibitors’participation effect and enhance visitors’ depth and efficiency.

On this exhibition, TAAI Machinery showed a new production line, fully automatic production of clothes tags.

Throughout the global plastic and rubber industry, China is not only the largest producer and consumer, but also one of the most potential markets. With the gradual transformation and upgrading of China’s economy, the demand for cutting-edge technology, high-performance materials and precision equipment in this huge market is also increasing. As the first and second international rubber and Plastics Exhibition in Asia and the world, CHINAPLAS aims to show the latest scientific and technological achievements in the world and provide a platform for business opportunities for buyers and sellers in China and the world.

Industrial Automation Zone

China’s traditional labor-intensive industries have had a very bad impact on the environment, and in recent years, Chinese enterprises are generally facing problems such as labor shortage and rising labor costs, which forces most enterprises to consider introducing automated production lines. Automated production technology not only facilitates the control of production costs, but also improves product quality.

In order to change the traditional mode of economic growth, since 2012, the Chinese government has launched industrial policies to support the development of industrial robotics industry. According to the latest news, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will organize the formulation of “China Robot Technology Roadmap” and “13th Five-Year Plan of Robot Industry”. The proportion of high-end automation technology in the new generation of manufacturing industry will be higher and higher, and it will have broad development space.

The International Federation of Robots (IFR) pointed out in a research report that China has become the world’s largest consumer of industrial robots, and the demand for automation technology is huge. In 2013, China purchased 36,560 sets of industrial robots, accounting for one-fifth of the world’s total production, an increase of 60% compared with 2012.

Ms. Liang Yaqi, General Manager of CHINAPLAS Organizer Elegant Exhibition Services Co., Ltd., said: “In the past CHINAPLAS, various automation technology exhibitions were distributed in different theme exhibition areas. In response to the development needs of domestic manufacturing industry, we decided to set up a special display area of automation equipment, so that the audience can more effectively observe the latest automation technology in the world at one time. In the Industrial Automation Zone, a “Robot Review Zone” will be set up to let the audience enjoy the dynamic demonstration of the robot.

In recent years, the demand of global buyers for high value-added products is increasing day by day, and the high-speed development of high-end industries has put forward higher and higher requirements for raw material performance. Composites and special materials have emerged as the times require. Their excellent specific strength and various performance combinations are receiving more and more attention. Thanks to the advent of these new plastics, many downstream industries have also achieved revolutionary transformation and development. Therefore, CHINAPLAS grandly launched the theme exhibition area in 2015. Buyers and sellers concerned about this field will witness the miracle brought by the new development of composite materials and special materials.

Composite materials consist of two or more materials, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages in terms of performance, and produces synergistic effect, so that the comprehensive performance of composite materials is better than that of single component materials. Special materials refer to plastics with better and unique properties, which have not yet been industrialized on a large scale, can be used at high temperature for a long time, have high stability, and exceed the performance of traditional polymers, such as polyimide (PI), polyether ether ketone (PEEK), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS).
